I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to women through every stage of their fertility and birth journey. This includes navigating the emotional challenges of infertility, coping with the grief of miscarriage or pregnancy loss, and managing antenatal anxiety and depression during pregnancy.
I also work closely with women who have experienced birth trauma, helping them process their experiences and regain a sense of safety and control. In the postnatal period, I support women facing anxiety, depression, or difficulties adjusting to motherhood.
My approach is tailored to each individual, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing, resilience, and emotional wellbeing can grow.
Support doesn’t end once the baby is born. I work with women through every stage of the motherhood journey—from the early days of adjusting to life with a newborn, through the changing demands of raising children, and into the later stages of parenting, including the emotional shifts of the empty nest phase.
Many mothers experience overwhelm, anxiety, and identity changes as they move through these transitions. In a safe, supportive space, I help women explore these challenges, understand their emotional responses, and reconnect with themselves.
Whether you're navigating toddlerhood, adolescence, or the transition to adult children leaving home, I offer tailored psychological support to help you feel grounded, capable, and emotionally well throughout your parenting journey.
I support women navigating a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges, including anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, and burnout. Whether these feelings are linked to specific life events or have built up gradually over time, they can have a significant impact on daily life, relationships, and overall wellbeing. I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps women understand the root of their difficulties, develop healthier coping strategies, and build emotional resilience.
Together, we work to create meaningful change—whether that means reducing distress, rediscovering balance, or reconnecting with a stronger sense of self.
I work with women experiencing mood-related challenges that are linked to hormonal changes and the menstrual cycle, including conditions such as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and perimenopausal mood disturbances.
These issues can deeply affect emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily functioning, yet they are often misunderstood or dismissed. My approach combines psychological insight with a strong understanding of the hormonal and physiological factors that contribute to these experiences. In a supportive and non-judgmental space, I help women make sense of their symptoms, manage emotional ups and downs, and develop strategies to improve mood, stability, and overall quality of life.

In addition to my broader work with women’s mental health, I have undertaken further training and developed specific expertise in supporting women through the psychological and emotional challenges of perimenopause and menopause.
This transitional stage can bring a wide range of experiences—from mood changes, anxiety, and low self-esteem to identity shifts, relationship strain, and a sense of loss or uncertainty. I offer a compassionate, informed approach that acknowledges both the hormonal and life-stage factors at play.
Through tailored, evidence-based support, I help women make sense of their experiences, manage symptoms, and navigate this phase with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
