Women’s mental health
I support women navigating a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges, including anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, and burnout. Whether these feelings are linked to specific life events or have built up gradually over time, they can have a significant impact on daily life, relationships, and overall wellbeing. I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps women understand the root of their difficulties, develop healthier coping strategies, and build emotional resilience.
Together, we work to create meaningful change—whether that means reducing distress, rediscovering balance, or reconnecting with a stronger sense of self.
Hormone related mood disorders
I work with women experiencing mood-related challenges that are linked to hormonal changes and the menstrual cycle, including conditions such as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and perimenopausal mood disturbances.
These issues can deeply affect emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily functioning, yet they are often misunderstood or dismissed. My approach combines psychological insight with a strong understanding of the hormonal and physiological factors that contribute to these experiences. In a supportive and non-judgmental space, I help women make sense of their symptoms, manage emotional ups and downs, and develop strategies to improve mood, stability, and overall quality of life.
