Perimenopause and menopause
In addition to my broader work with women’s mental health, I have undertaken further training and developed specific expertise in supporting women through the psychological and emotional challenges of perimenopause and menopause.
This transitional stage can bring a wide range of experiences—from mood changes, anxiety, and low self-esteem to identity shifts, relationship strain, and a sense of loss or uncertainty. I offer a compassionate, informed approach that acknowledges both the hormonal and life-stage factors at play.
Through tailored, evidence-based support, I help women make sense of their experiences, manage symptoms, and navigate this phase with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
