Pregnancy and birth
I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to women through every stage of their fertility and birth journey. This includes navigating the emotional challenges of infertility, coping with the grief of miscarriage or pregnancy loss, and managing antenatal anxiety and depression during pregnancy.
I also work closely with women who have experienced birth trauma, helping them process their experiences and regain a sense of safety and control. In the postnatal period, I support women facing anxiety, depression, or difficulties adjusting to motherhood.
My approach is tailored to each individual, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing, resilience, and emotional wellbeing can grow.
